Psychotherapy is a process where your current problems are explored in-depth at the same time(s) every week. It works towards a clear understanding of your present and past problems aiming to provide you with insight about yourself. The source of current problems and their full impact can be more consciously understood in this way. Psychotherapy helps by giving you a trusted place to think with someone independent, and improves your knowledge of how you relate to situations and people. It is not just for those who are feeling unwell, although it can relieve symptoms as you move towards a better understanding of yourself. It can be an extremely rewarding experience for you and for those around you.
